Happy Labor Day!

Hope everyone had a reelaxing Labor Day weekend!

This week:

Social Studies -- text mapping and going over vocabulary words geography, landform, and physical feature

Writing -- Why do writers write? We discuss why writers write stories and how many of them write about things that are meaningful to them

Reading -- begin reading our StoryWorks Jr. story, "The Big One" and continuing to discuss inferences. Vocabulary words for "The Big One" are under the Vocabulary tab.
